<p>The invention applies to a roofing tile, which is easy to carry out and enables the execution of a durable, weather-resistant, and environment friendly roofing which is walkable and aesthetically irreproachable in addition. Due to a wide range of colours available, such a roofing can be adapted to any urbane or environmental protection requirements, such as natural or cultural heritage protection ones. Beside that, the roofing made of such tiles enables an appropriate air circulation within the roof structure, preventing the condensation of moisture. Intrusion of water under the roofing, which is likely to occur under heavy rainfall or in the case of a hindered water drain-off on a snow- or ice-covered roof, is prevented too. The tile according to the invention is designed as a plate with at least one cut-off corner area (1), along which two mutually pitched edges (20, 30) are available. Along each of the said edges (20, 30), one fold (21, 31) per edge is available running at the sharp angle (alpha) to the central body of the tile (5). In addition, there is at least one smaller fold (10) available at the edge (10) of the mentioned cut-off corner area (1) too.</p> |
