PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium wherein a metal reflection layer can be laminated on the upper surface of a polysilane layer while keeping sure information recording capability by a prescribed light absorption even if the polysilane layer has an extra thin thickness, and to provide a method of manufacturing the information recording medium. SOLUTION: The polysilane layer 12 is provided on a substrate 14 and an extra fine particulate solution 16 containing metal extra fine particulates is brought into contact with the upper surface of the polysilane layer 12, then dried and fired to laminate a metal reflection film 18. |
