<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the optimum environment measurement system of inside of operating heat generation facility that can maintain the internal environment of operating heat generation facility by reducing cost. SOLUTION: While a liquid leakage prevention measure 23 is mounted by installing an air cooling hole 21 penetrating through a base panel 10 of a battery portion 1 of non-blackout power supply instrument that is the subject of operating heat generation facility, this instrument is characterized as such that an air cooling opening 22 is opened at a loading bed 3, and that a floor air cooling opening c is installed at a floor a in which an underfloor air conditioner to send cool air directly to the inside of the battery 1 has been maintained.</p> |
