PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect smooth changing operation of an airflow direction by a method wherein an up-and-down airflow direction changing vane is permitted to be divided into three divisions to prevent distortion and maintain a predetermined angle thereby improving the strength of the vanes. SOLUTION: In order to improve the strength of an up-and-down airflow direction changing vane, divided into three divisions, a connecting shaft is formed of a metallic material so as to have the configuration of a column.
