<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-clean flush-with-ceiling type air conditioner having a brand new appearance. SOLUTION: A panel having a central air inlet 15 and four air outlets, each having an wind direction changing blade 13, provided in the four sides around the air inlet is fixed to the lower surface of a body casing 1 buried in the ceiling face. An air passage formed in the body casing the while coupling the air inlet and air outlets is provided with a fan unit comprising a motor and a fan disposed oppositely to the air inlet while having a vertical shaft, and a heat exchanger disposed to surround the fan unit. In such a flush-with-ceiling type air conditioner, the panel comprises an opening/closing central panel 17 covering the lower section of the body casing entirely and provided with a filter on the central back face, a plurality of central air inlets and rectangular air outlets made in four sides, a decoration frame 20 surrounding the central panel into a square frame, and a square panel frame 12 disposed above the central panel and supporting the wind direction changing blades on the four sides rotatably.</p> |
