PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor having a cover for a signal generating magnet in which the number of parts is decreased while enhancing assembling. SOLUTION: A signal generating magnet 26 provided on the outer circumferential part of a rotor 20 and a reluctance element 27 provided on a circuit board 17 constitute a speed detecting means. A cover 28 for the signal generating magnet 26 is provided integrally with an aluminum motor base 12, for example. The cover 28 is open at a part intersecting the circuit board 17. |
