PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly separate and purify a magnetic particle without loss when the magnetic particle is to be magnetically separated. SOLUTION: Suspension liquid 20 containing a magnetic article 21 is loaded into a separation container 10. When the separation container 10 is set to an insertion port 11A of a container holder 11 for allowing a magnetic field to operate by a magnet 12, the magnetic particle 21 in the suspension liquid 20 is collected onto the wall surface of the separation container 10 as capture particle aggregation 22. In this case, liquid or gas is discharged into the suspension liquid 20 from an agitation suction nozzle 13, thus blowing up the magnetic particle 21 existing at the bottom part of the separation container 10 for attracting onto the wall surface of the separation container 10 by the operation of the magnetic field of the magnet 12. After the magnetic particle 21 is attracted, the liquid constituent of the suspension liquid 20 is sucked by the agitation suction nozzle 13, resuspension liquid is poured into the separation container 10 by a resuspension liquid nozzle 15, and the magnetic particle 21 is dispersed. |
