PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the improvement in comfortability and the saving of energy by a method wherein an excessive capacity is supplied to an indoor machine, operated under the maximum load of the same, when there is the excessive capacity of an outdoor machine while there is the indoor machine operated under the maximum load. SOLUTION: A multi-chamber type air-conditioning system is provided with a compressor capacity control means, operating.the capacity of a capacity variable type compressor by employing a load constant in the local maximum zone of air-conditioning load, which is obtained by a load constant memory means, when there is even one room having a differential temperature signal corresponding to the local maximum zone of the air-conditioning load upon operating the capacity of the compressor in every predetermined period employing data obtained by a differential temperature operating circuit, a rated capacity memory circuit, an ON-OFF judging circuit and a load constant table, while the same system is provided with a means for controlling an indoor air volume through an air-conditioning load local maximum zone set air volume, not set normally in a rated air volume set area. |
