PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide not only information needed for vehicle navigation such as a navigation device but also information for safety around a vehicle to a driver. SOLUTION: The device comprises a displaying means 4 displaying an image, a navigation device 1 displaying a vehicle current position detected together with a map around the vehicle on a screen of the displaying means 4, an information displaying device 2 around the vehicle that composes images from a plurality of cameras mounted on the vehicle to draw a bird's eye view centering on the vehicle and display on the screen of the displaying means 4, an information selecting means 3 freely selecting either a screen displayed by the navigation device 1 or a screen displayed by the information displaying device 2 around the vehicle to switch by a touch panel 5 or voice recognition means 6.
