PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid-incinerating device that can continuously, efficiently, and economically decompose waste liquid containing harmful chemical substances. SOLUTION: This waste liquid-incinerating device is equipped with charging equipment that is fixed at the top part of a vertical and cylindrical incinerator and supplies compressed air and an auxiliary fuel into the incinerator, a plurality of spray nozzles that are inserted into the shoulder part of the incinerator at specific intervals for jetting out waste liquid into the incinerator, and quenching equipment that is interlocked to the bottom part of the incinerator. In this case, the tip of the spray nozzle inclines toward the center of the incinerator at 10 to 40 degrees and 20 to 70 degrees in horizontal and vertical directions, respectively.
