PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent an operating fluid in a short pipe which is included in a heat pipe from being frozen even in a state where an outside air temperature is below freezing point, when a cooling operation is carried out using a heat pipe in an electronic part cooling device of an inverter which controls a vehicle motor. SOLUTION: A heat pipe comprises a short pipe and a long pipe, and an air flow is made to hardly penetrate into the short pipe, by which the short pipe is reduced in condensation performance. On the other hand, an air flow is made to penetrate easily into the long pipe, by which the long pipe is improved in cooling performance.
