PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching device which has two attaching surfaces to which equipment provided with magnets can be attached with a smaller number of members and can prevent slipping down of the equipment. SOLUTION: An attaching device is composed of two fittings 21 formed in rectangular planar shapes by using a magnetic material. Each fitting 21 has a main body 13 fixed to the attaching surface of equipment 3, and a supporting section 1 formed by bending a piece protruded from the central part of the base of the main body 13 to the surface side at about a right angle. Since the fittings 21 and 21 are fixed to the attaching surface of the equipment 3 correspondingly to the magnets 4 and 4 provided in the equipment 3, the attaching device can save resources by reducing the number of members. In addition, the device can be made to be handled easily by reducing the sizes of the fittings 21. Moreover, the device can support the equipment 3 and prevent the equipment 3 from slipping down when the bottom face of the equipment 3 is brought into contact with the supporting sections 1.
