Oxygen-absorber film consisting of copolymers of ethylene and unsaturated epoxides, grafted with quinones. Independent claims are included for: (1) a structure comprising oxygen-barrier film(s) and oxygen-absorber film(s) as described above; and (2) packaging elements comprising a structure as above with the oxygen-absorber film on the inside and the oxygen-barrier film on the outside.
