PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a data hazard in a computer program. SOLUTION: A super scholar processing system to detect the data hazard in an instruction group to be transmitted to a processing system is provided with a memory, plural pipelines, an IDU and control mechanism. The memory is provided with plural entries corresponding to each of plural registers. The IDU receives the instruction group including plural instructions and transmits the instructions in the instruction group to the plural pipelines. The control mechanism discriminates an entry of the memory corresponding to a register in relation to one instruction, analyzes the entry and transmits a warning signal in response to judgment that the entry indicates a fact that other instructions in the instruction group are related to the register. A warning signal is generated in response to the warning signal and a user is informed of a fact that the data hazard of read-after-write, write-after-write or write-after-read is regulated by two instructions of the instruction group.
