PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber phone system which enables a speech between a caller who is reluctant to disclose its telephone number and a called party who is not willing to reply a call from an unidentified caller. SOLUTION: An ID service station is provided to a subscriber phone network coping with a caller information notice service. This ID service station flexibly registers an accessory ID (issue, deletion, revision or the like) to subscribers and acts like noticing caller information using an accessory ID and channel connection with dialing using the accessory ID in cooperation with the subscriber phone network. Thus, even when a called party sets a reply reject of a 'unnotice' incoming call, the caller informs the called party of the accessory ID in place of the telephone number as the caller information so as to realize the subscriber phone system that provides choices to subscribers by which compromise is attached little by little between the caller who is reluctant to disclose its telephone number and the called party who is not willing to reply a call from an unidentified caller.
