PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board module which can be assembled easily and on which the dropping-down amounts of mounted parts can be adjusted easily. SOLUTION: A printed board module is composed of a flexible printed wiring board (FPC) 25 for carrying terminal sections 29 on its end sections bent toward the parts mounting surface of a printed wiring board 22, the printed wiring board 22 having a hole 26 for housing parts 24 and carrying a pattern section 27 for connection formed near the hole 26, and a fixing frame 23. The FPC 25 is fixed to the frame 23 and is mounted on the wiring board 22 with the frame 23 in-between. Consequently, the FPC 25 can be directly connected electrically to the wiring board 22, and the dropping-down amounts of the parts 24 can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the frame 23.
