<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sequentially manage a production making quick response(QR) through communication networking in made-to-order selling. SOLUTION: A shop A, the head office B, a fabric wholesaler C and a sewing factory D are totally connected through communication network, the quick response is realized and the production of made-to-order clothing is managed. The head office B is provided with a managing terminal 21 for head office, fabric stock managing server 22, cutting data managing server 23, fabric stock managing terminal 24 and cutting data managing terminal 25. Thus, the head office B receives order reception information, which stores dimensions including the physique of every client for made-to-order clothing, from the shop A through the communication network. Besides, this order information is received and the order of fabric required judged from the stock confirmation of fabric and the dimensions is transferred through the communication network to the fabric wholesaler C. Next, production information (cutting information and sewing information) generated corresponding to the dimensions in the order information is transferred through the communication network to the sewing factory D.</p> |
