PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming device provided with the developing device where the occurrence of deterioration of image density or soiling of a background can be prevented by preventing the localization of developer in a direction that is crossed with a carrying direction of the developer on a developer carrier at right angles with a simple constitution even when an inclination occurs in the developing device. SOLUTION: In the device, straightening fins 27 to straighten the flow of the developer 3a are provided so that the developer 3a that is moved downward in a vertical direction in the direction crossing the carrying direction of the developer on a developing sleeve 4 at right angles when the developing device is inclined is directed to a central part of the developing sleeve 4 in the direction crossing the carrying direction of the developer at right angles. |
