PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-type nonaqueous electrolyte solution that can inhibit a degradation of operability in battery manufacturing processes and that can improve fluid leakage resistance. SOLUTION: A flat-type nonaqueous electrolyte solution cell consisting of a lithium metal, a negative pole consisting of lithium alloy, a positive pole, and an nonaqueous electrolyte, is made with annealing processing a sealed aperture packing after engaging a negative pole sealed aperture plate with the sealed aperture packing. Because of its ability to control a shrinkage and deformation of a the sealed aperture packing caused in annealing processing by previously engaging the negative sealed aperture plate with the sealed aperture packing, it can prohibit a degradation of work efficiency due to shape dispersion of the sealed aperture packing in cell assembly process and also remove distortions existing in the crystalline structure of the sealed aperture by making annealing processing to improve fluid leakage resistance. |
