PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily insert/remove a mobile telephone set to/from a telephone set holder while excellently maintaining the mass-productivity and the versatility of the telephone holder. SOLUTION: A telephone insertion section consisting of a telephone case 2 into which the mobile telephone T is inserted and of a case hold member 20 holding it is connected to a base 10 turnably in the direction of erecting and laying with respect to the base 10. A mount such as a bolt insertion hole is provided to the base 10 and a mount such as a bolt insertion hole is provided to the case hold member 20 in addition. When only the base 10 is fitted to the prescribed mount position, in this configuration, the telephone insertion section becomes turnable to the base 10. When at least the case hold member 20 is fitted to the prescribed mount, on the other hand, the turning of the telephone insertion section is blocked.
