The use of an agent which provokes a cytolytic response to cells presenting complexes of an HLA-B44 molecule and a peptide of the formula Xaa Glu Ile Trp Arg Asp Ile Asp Phe (Sequence ID 12); wherein Xaa is any amino acid but SER for treating a subject with cellular abnormality; characterised by the expression of complexes of HLA-B44 and the peptide.
