PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that has simpler reagent configuration and can perform the same high-sensitive measurement as compared with a conventional immunocomplex transference measurement method, and a method that has the same reagent configuration and can perform quicker measurement as compared with the conventional immunocomplex transference measurement method in the immunoassay of antigen substances or antibodies in liquid to be inspected. SOLUTION: After an immunocomplex containing a substance to be measured is formed in a carrier once, the carrier is incubated in solution containing a surfactant with proper concentration, thus dissociating the immunocomplex on the carrier while a complex is being maintained, and capturing the dissociated immunocomplex with for example another carrier for measuring. In this manner, without using any special reagent families required by a conventional immunocomplex transference measurement method, the adsorption of mixed protein to a solid phase that was the weak point of the conventional sandwich method and/or the generation of background signals caused by the adsorption are appropriately suppressed, thus highly sensitively measuring antigen substances or antibodies in liquid to be inspected, and hence improving reaction efficiency in the dissociation process of the immunocomplex in an immunocomplex transference measurement method by using together with a conventional one.
