PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economy switch in a remote controller, to limit the amount of a water flow for preventing water of a fixed flow rate or more from flowing, to reduce water and gas charges, and to provide an energy-saving- type hot-water-supplying device. SOLUTION: The hot-water-supplying device is equipped with a burner that is burned and controlled by a proportional valve, a heat exchanger, a water rate sensor that is provided in a water passage path being connected to the heat exchanger, a water rate control valve that controls the amount of water passage, a remote controller that remotely controls a hot-water-supplying device body, and an economy switch that is provided in the remote controller, and a flow rate limitation means for limiting the flow rate of the water flow control valve when the economy switch is turned on is provided.
