PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-tube type multitubular heat exchanger made of a material containing a resin (crosslinked polyethylene, polybutene, etc.), as a base material. SOLUTION: The tubes 1 of a resin-made multitubular heat exchangers are made of a resin, such as the crosslinked polyethylene, polybutene, etc., and the head cover 2 of the heat exchanger is made of a resin, such as the crosslinked polyethylene, polybutene, etc., or a metal, such as the stainless steel, titanium, etc. The tubes 1 are bent in U-tube shapes and the bent parts of the tubes 1 are prevented from coming into contact and interfering with each other and, at the same time, the strengths of the tubes 1 are maintained by attaching baffle plates 3 and a spacer bar 4 to a tube plate 5. In addition, one-touch fittings 7 are attached to the heat exchanger to make the installation and removal of the exchanger easier.
