PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery boiler to reliably support a heat transfer pipe without removing fin situated on a heat transfer pipe. SOLUTION: In a waste heat recovery boiler wherein a heat transfer pipe 11 provided on the outer periphery of a pipe with a fin 12 is horizontally installed, with a fin 11 installed therebetween, a heat transfer pipe 11 body is supported by a support member 21 in a state that no load is applied on the fin 11. The support member 21 is erected on a support plate 20 arranged in a position where no load is exerted on the fin 12 and a load from the heat transfer pipe 11 is supported by the support plate 20.
