PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incinerate refuse in a smokeless, odorless, nearly complete combustion state without requiring other fuel during combustion when various refuse is to be incinerated. SOLUTION: This incinerator for incinerating refuse is equipped with a lower external cylinder 3 that has a cylindrical shape and flange 2 and 2' being formed at both the ends, a primary combustion chamber 10 that is composed of a combustion cylinder 6 where a ring-shaped reforming water supply pipe 5 is installed in an upper stage, a secondary combustion chamber 20 that is composed of an air supply cylinder 14 where flange parts 12 and 12' are formed at both the ends, an air inflow hole 13 is formed on one side surface and an auxiliary combustion cylinder 15 is placed inside, and an upper external cylinder 30 where a dust-collection cylinder 24 having flange parts 22 and 22' provided at both the ends, and a dust-collection means 23 and an exhaust guidance pipe 25 buried inside is provided inside. A blower 32 with an air inflow pipe 33 is connected to the air inflow hole 13 of the secondary combustion chamber 20.
