PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reliable fuse option circuit/method of an integrated circuit, which can reduce power consumption due to a fuse which will not be fused completely, by comparing the resistance values of a fused fuse and a reference fuse and generating a precise fuse option signal. SOLUTION: There are provided a first fuse, which is fused when the current of not less than a setting value passes, a second fuse formed to be similar to the first fuse on a chip, a fuse fusing means supplying a fused current loop to the first fuse, in response to a fusing signal and an optional signal generating means for generating fuse option signal by comparing the resistance values of the first fuse and the second fuse.
