<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an I/O device to be a display element capable of easily aligning a display part with an input part and provided with a super-slim and super-light weight type input function. SOLUTION: The I/O device is provided with three substrates oppositely arranged in a mutually laminated state, a display part for displaying information is constituted of two opposed substrates and an input part for inputting a depressed position is constituted of the other two opposed substrates. Either one of the 1st and 2nd substrates and the 2nd and 3rd substrates out of three substrates constituting the display part and the input part is formed by a continuous substrate, the continuous substrate is folded so as to be opposed, electrodes are formed on respective opposed faces and an electrode is formed also on the face of the continuous substrate opposed to the other substrate.</p> |
