PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock-distributing circuit for normally controlling system switching, even at the time of detecting an abnormality accompanied by transient change that a cable to which a clock signal is supplied is pulled out and a clock switching system, to which this clock-distributing circuit is applied. SOLUTION: In a clock-distributing part, the abnormality of a clock signal, the failure of the clock distributing part itself, and the disconnected state of a cable to which a clock signal is supplied are detected, and communicated to a control part as a warning. In a control part 56, system switching is instructed through a control bus 33 or an individual control signal line, when the failure of the clock distributing part itself or the disconnected state of the cable is detected. When the disconnected state of each system cable is detected, masking is operated, in response to the system switching instructed from the control part 56 via the control bus and the individual control signal line. Thus, exclusive control can be attained by providing the clock distributing circuit as a redundant constitution.
