PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically report the present position of a vehicle and other effective data to a center when emergency occurs. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an emergency key 1, an LED 2 for displaying the intensity of an electric field, an air bag sensor 3, a crew sensor 4, a brake controller 5, a vehicle speed detector 6, a collision sensor 7 and an on-vehicle telephone set 10 communicating voice and data with a center 20 on a vehicle-side. The identification number of an automobile insurance company is previously stored in the memory 13a of a controller 13. When the emergency occurs, the on-vehicle telephone set 10 transmits the outputs of respective sensors and the identification number of the automobile insurance company. The center 20 receives voice and data from the on-vehicle telephone set 10 and transfers data with a police office concerned 30, a fire station concerned 32 and the automobile insurance company 31.
