SERIAL BUS DETERMINISTIC MEDIATION USING MEDIATION ADDRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for guaranteeing that a mediation phase is rapidly and deterministically completed on a serial data bus. SOLUTION: The mediation phase includes that a master device asserts respective mediation addresses onto the serial bus after a communication sequence is started through the use of a start state. After the mediation phase, a controlling master device transmits data transfer on the serial bus. The serial bus and a device connected to it are operated in accordance wit an I2 C interchangeable protocol. The mediation addresses correspond to a slave address related to a slave device.
