PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, information processing system and method and a storage medium capable of materializing a printing result of high cost performance without reducing user's operation efficiency, more effectively using output sheets of paper and accurately and easily managing much output data. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a display device 41, a keyboard 11 and a mouse 12 for selecting the size of a sheet of paper to be outputted and a file to be outputted, a CPU 21 for preparing outputting data, calculating the size of the file to be outputted, converting the file to be outputted into an EPS file format, storing output data information into a storage device, retrieving the output data information from the storage device, preparing an output data statistical table, and transferring the output data/output data statistic table to a laser printer, the laser printer 51, and an image setter 52.
