PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours by facilitating connection and at the same time, commonly connecting a number of coils to a single neutral point terminal, and preventing the neutral terminal from being disengaged easily for retaining at a bobbin. SOLUTION: A retention hole 57 with an engaging part 59 is provided at a bobbin 34, and a neutral point terminal 45 is provided with a support 60 that is inserted into the retention hole 57 so that it can be engaged with the gear-lock 59 detachably, a connection plate 61 that is formed in a flat-plate shape and is connected to the support 60 at right angles, a first connection part 62 where the partial coil of a plurality of coils is connected to the connection plate 61, while enabling fusing connection, and a second coil connection part 63 the remaining coils out of the plurality of coils can be connected to the connection plate 61, while enabling fusing connection. In this case, the first and second coil connection parts 62 and 63 can be bent so that they are connected to the connection plate 61 at right angles before fusing connection is made but overlap to the connection plate part 61 after connection.
