<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of ETC information. SOLUTION: This device/method is applied to an automatic toll receiving system for settling a toll by a card for settling a toll based on radio communication between an on-vehicle equipment 21 mounted on a vehicle and a radio equipment. This device/method has a recording means for recording automatic tool receiving system information, a gate passage processing means 92 for judging whether the vehicle has passed through a gate, an information update processing means 93 for updating the automatic tool receiving system information based on the result of radio communication when the vehicle passed through the gate, and an informing processing means 94 for informing a driver of the updated automatic tool receiving system information. In this case, whether the vehicle has passed through the gate is judged and based on the result of radio communication when the vehicle passed through the gate, the automatic tool receiving system information recorded in the recording means is updated to give the driver of the updated automatic tool receiving system information.</p> |
