<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method by which an image noise is suppressed, an image high in image intensity and excellent in image quality is obtained and the power consumption is reduced. SOLUTION: In the image forming method including a transfer process to thermally transfer a toner image to a recording medium surface, electrophotographic toner whose storage elastic modulus is set as >=1×105 Pa, and whose loss elastic modulus is set as >=1×105 Pa, and which has a melting point between the temperature area of 45-110 deg.C, and in which the storage elastic modulus and the loss elastic modulus are provided with a section at which a variation in the temperature range of 10 deg.C is changed to be equal to or more than a two-digit number is provided, and in which expressions: (1)|logG' (Tm+20)-logG' (Tm+50)|<=1.5 (2)|logG" (Tm+20)-logG" (Tm+50)|<=1.5 are satisfied when the common logarithm of the storage elastic modulus and the loss elastic modulus is plotted corresponding to temperature is used.</p> |
