摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an adjustment time by decreasing the number of measurements of range-finding data as much as possible for calculating the deviation of a measured value of a range-finding means from a logical value and to find range-finding data which is close to the logical value through correcting operation on the basis of a small number of measurements of range- finding data. SOLUTION: This device has a range-finding means which measures range- finding data corresponding to the distance to an object by projecting light on the object and photodetecting its reflected light, a memory means which previously stores correction data for correcting the range-finding data obtained by the range-finding means in an adjusting process, and an arithmetic means which calculates final range-finding data by performing interpolative operation (quadric curve interpolative operation 15 shown by a thick dotted line) by using an interpolating expression of more than quadric order according to the range- finding data obtained by the range-finding means and the correction data stored in the memory means.
