PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set channels able to be received sequentially to a position designated by a user, in order to solve a problem that channel setting desired by the user cannot be obtained, when channels can be received by automatic searching or the like are automatically set to an idle position. SOLUTION: A list of channels with a synchronizing signal among channels selectable by a reception environment of a user is displayed on a picture tube, and the channels are sequentially set to positions.
