PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent force acted on an actuator seal device from completely transmitting to an actuator by pressure of fuel. SOLUTION: The actuator seal device is provided with a seal element 25 of a flow-in side and a seal element 26 of an injection side, both seal elements 25, 26 are elastically and deformably formed, and connected to an operation member 10 freely to transmit force. An actuator 15 is acted on a valve closing body 5 through the operation sleeve 10, and force which is formed by fuel pressure and which is acted to the actuator 15 through the operation sleeve 10 is at least partially compensated.
