PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display the latest accurate information regarding a product (device) through easy button operation without showing it to irrelevant persons by displaying and storing an address or password in the product (device), accessing a homepage according to the displayed and stored address and further the password, and displaying and saving information of the best latest manual, troubleshooting method, etc., for the product (device) as to a product information acquisition device which acquires information regarding a product. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a display means which displays an address on a product and equipped with a means which inputs and sends the address displayed by the display means through a network and receives corresponding information from the server at the address, and a means which outputs the received information.
