SUBSTANCE: treatment is effected in field of galvanic cell which consists of mixture of alloy and/or metal and/or mixture of metals with different carbon-containing material. Water thus treated is separated from materials of galvanic cell. Admixtures are settled at control of pH in accordance with the following formula: , where Ci is mole concentration of "i" inorganic contamination (ion); νi is in ion charge; Nin is amount of inorganic contamination; Cj is mole concentration of organic contamination; No is amount of organic contamination of water being treated.
