PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the occurrence of the lowering of image density and the irregularity of an inner surface caused by the retransfer of a toner on an intermediate transfer belt while preventing the color slippage of superposed toner images transferred on an intermediate transfer body. SOLUTION: This color image forming device is provided with one or plural image carriers 1, a latent image forming means 2 for forming an electrostatic latent image on the carrier 1, plural developing devices 3 for developing the electrostatic latent image formed on the carrier 1 with corresponding color toner, the intermediate transfer body 4 circulated and carried at a part opposed to the carrier 1, a primary transfer means 5 for transferring the toner image formed on the carrier 1 on the transfer body 4 and a secondary transfer means 6 for transferring the toner images held on the transfer body 4 on a recording medium in a lump. In the black developing device 3b developing the black toner image in the plural developing devices 3, the image forming order of the black toner image is set between the image forming orders of the other color toner images. |
