PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA demodulation device which can speedily re-establish synchronism in a situation where step-out occurs by a clock deviation. SOLUTION: A mobile station 1 has a timing control part 16 controlling the operation timing of a searcher 12a. The control part 16 obtains a time lag between two correlation data obtained by leaving a timing correction period as timing shift quantity in the searcher 12a. Obtained timing shift quantity is divided by the timing correction period. Thus, the control part 16 estimates a clock deviation with a base station. The control part 16 controls the operation timing of the searcher 12a based on the estimated clock deviation. Since the clock deviation is previously estimated and timing is corrected based on the estimated clock deviation, synchronism can speedily be re-establisehd even if step-out occurs when the mobile station 1 is hidden by a building or is handed off. |
