PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product whose quality matches with the needs of customers, and to decrease the failure rate of a facility as a whole. SOLUTION: Relating to a process plane scheduling device for scheduling a process schedule for plural molded facilities, a complaint generation rate is calculated for each molded facility based on production result data and complaint data about quality from customers, and a process schedule for each molded facility is established based on the complaint generation rate. Thus, the process schedule can be established so that the total of the complaints from the customers, whose generation is predicted can be minimized. Also, the failure rate of the molded facility is calculated for each molded facility based on the production result data, and the process schedule for each molded facility is established based on the failure rate. Thus, the process schedule can be established, so that the sum total failures of the molded facilities whose generation is predicted can be minimized. |
