PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expert system and a method to perform an automated advice. SOLUTION: Combination of pieces of advice (by a man) as a regulated fact and logical conclusion is used and next, a rule set to be used to provide the automated advice is updated. This system is based on adapted knowledge to provide recommendation made for a consumer, is provided with a knowledge base including history data, a rule extracting means to extract a fuzzy rule set from the knowledge base, a rule data base to hold the fuzzy rule set, a codifying means to codify consumer's requirements and a recommending means to adapt the fuzzy rule set to the codified consumer's requirement and to generate recommendation according to the requirements and is characterized by realizing a Lozowski algorithm by the rule extracting means. |
