摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately measure and identify static characteristics or a system parameter by using various hydraulic pressure equipment elements as targets. SOLUTION: An arithmetic operation along a block diagrams constituted on a BDSP 4 and a control rule (PID control or the like) is operated by an inside CPU for controlling a hydraulic pressure system, and a control input based on that is converted into a current signal i, so that a hydraulic pressure servo value 1 can be driven, and then the piston of a hydraulic pressure cylinder 2 can be moved. In this case, the moving amount y of the piston are detected by a sensor 5 such as a laser displacement gauge, and feedbacked to the CPU of the BDSP 4. Also, spool displacement x can be measured by a gap sensor or the like. Thus, the viscosity attenuation rate and dead time of a valve spool and the fraction characteristics of the gain of the hydraulic pressure cylinder or the servo value can be identified.</p>
