PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability of a separator for assist air attached to a valve casing by restricting its rotation by an elastic ring. SOLUTION: The separator 18 is fittingly attached to a small diameter cylindrical part 1B of the valve casing, and its relative rotation is restricted by the elastic ring 26. When a valve element 9 is opened by an electromagnetic coil 13, fuel is injected from an orifice hole of an orifice plate 8 through branch passages 20A, 20B, and assisting air is confluent with the fuel from an air passage 21. The separator 18 is prevented from rotating and sliding by the elastic ring 26 so as to hold a condition in which the orifice hole of the orifice plate 8 and the branch passages 20A, 20B are opposed to each other.
