PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Internet FAX that disables broadcast addressees to know the addresses which do not desire to be known to the broadcast addressees at the time of broadcast transmission. SOLUTION: For the Internet FAX, an input means inputs an addressee address in the form of at least a TO address and a BCC address which are separated and a means writes the addressee address inputted as the TO address as the TO address to a mail header, but does not writes the addressee address inputted as the BCC address to the mail header.
