PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a label for submergence decision, to attain ease of label adhesion and to prevent the outward appearance of a portable terminal from being deteriorated even when there is more or less an adhesion offset of the label when viewing the label through a viewing window in the case that a charging battery is removed from a main body of the portable terminal because the offset is hardly recognized. SOLUTION: This portable terminal consisting of the main body and the charging battery is provided with a viewing window placed on a face of the main body viewed when the charging battery is removed, the label is adhered to the inside of the viewing window. Ink to decide occurrence of submergence from the oozed ink component due to the submergence is painted on the label and the ink is painted on the label in a form of a plurality of lines.
