PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security of gate management. SOLUTION: An iris managing device 21 obtains iris data from a gate passing object person 1 and a gate manager 2 and registers them in a computer 25. When a request passing through a gate 41 is given from a gate passage requesting person 3, a gate device 31 obtains iris data of the manager 2 and the person 3 and collates this iris data with the registered iris data to identify the manager 2 and the person 3. Then, a control part 35 is controlled to open the gate 41 of a safe-deposit box room 42, e.g. when succeeding in both of the identification.
