PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system preventing a shared space from the smell of living rooms, a bath room and a toilette, of which manufacturing cost and running cost are low, preventing the inside of wall of a house from dew condensation, which does not transfer the running noise to the living rooms and quickly ventilating the bath room and the toilette. SOLUTION: Arranging a fan unit 1 provided with an air supply fan and an exhaust fan under the roof of a corridor 12 that is a shared space, the centralized air supply is performed from the ceiling of the corridor 12. The air supply is fed through the corridor 12 to a plurality of living rooms 10, a bathroom and a toilette 11. The air of each living room 10 is exhausted through an exhausting vent 5 independently and the air of the bathroom and the toilette is exhausted locally from a ventilating fan 7. Therefore, the smell and the humidity of the living rooms, the bathroom and the toilette are not gathered into the corridor 12. The air exhausted independently from the living rooms 10 is heat exchanged with the outer air supplied by a fan unit 1 and energy can be saved.
